This web page died in 2012

Do you have a contact page on your website?
If yes, are people contacting you through that page as frequently as expected?
If not, try to remember the number of contact forms you’ve filled in the last year.
Now compare that to the number of websites you’ve visited in the last year.
I’m guessing that’s a really low percentage (less than 1%). Yet, we still have that contact page on 99% of websites.
It’s 2020.
The form on the contact page (and that page, too) is dead. Technically, it has been dead for a few years.
People want to contact you specifically, not generally. Make it easier for them to reach you about a specific need by creating relevant forms on the appropriate pages of your brand’s website.
Don’t create (or retain) a form on the contact page as usual.
It cannot be business as usual anymore.
The power of a website comes from the people using it, not the people making it.
