How do you return the shopping cart?

I was rushing out of Kroger the other evening.

In winter, the speed from the store to the car is automatically double. After emptying the contents of the shopping cart into the trunk, I was looking for the cart stall to drop off the cart.

As is often the case, the cart stall was a bit far away, but a few carts were piled up in a nearby parking spot.

Instead of being a responsible shopper, I was about to add my cart alongside the wrongly parked ones when Jeff Henderson’s quote hit me harder than the stinging wind chill.

Jeff says that you can know an awful lot about a person’s character by the way he or she returns the shopping cart. True that!

God watches how we handle the smallest things. He has repeatedly talked about it and emphasized on being faithful in the smallest and loving the least.

Everything you do and the way you do everything sends a message.

Takeaway

  1. Did you return the shopping cart responsibly after your last trip to the store?
  2. What are the small things in your messaging that you can be more responsible about?
  3. Attention to detail is what wins most marketing battles. How attentive to detail are you?
