Familiar face fallacy

I’m on a Thanksgiving spree this week and wanted to take time today to personally thank our team at 40 Parables that helps me run a daily blog.
I write every post, but since it’s a daily blog that posts anew every weekday morning, that adds up to 250+ posts in a year!
Now, I wouldn’t be able to do all that on my own and then post daily on our website, send out the post to our email subscribers, and share it on LinkedIn at 7 a.m. CT sharp.
In fact, I actually write all 5 posts for the week in about 45 minutes, averaging 9 minutes per post, or just about a full work week all year, in order to write 250+ posts.
How is that possible?
Solely because of the fantastic team at 40 Parables that has an even more fantastic process to roll out this daily blog!
So today, I want to take time to thank our “Manna squad” for who they are and what they do:
Angelica: For editing our daily posts, keeping our “Manna hub” up-to-date, and ensuring all processes run smoothly to send out fresh Manna each day ⚙️
Reba: For setting up, testing, and ensuring Manna is posted to our website and LinkedIn – at the right time and in the right way, everyday 👩💻
Anush: For setting up, testing, and ensuring your daily Manna is delivered straight to your inbox, right when you expect it each morning 📩
Rachel: For stepping in to set up Manna on LinkedIn and our website whenever needed, in order to support the squad 💪🏻
Often, marketers and blog/brand owners make it look like they run the whole thing on their own, which is rarely the case.
Assuming that this one person does everything is like assuming Sting is a one-man show by one man named Sting.
Puhleez!
