Ideally, you are based in Bengaluru, India, or a nearby city to better coordinate daily with our product team based in India.

That said, we need more hands!
1. Lead the UI design process for all digital products, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience across platforms.
2. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, attractive user interfaces.
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Ensure that designs are user-centered and meet the needs of our church clients.
4. Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all products. Establish and enforce UI design standards and best practices.
5. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and gather stakeholders' feedback.
6. Developing illustrations and icons that align with brand identity and help clarify complex features.
7. Ensuring brand guidelines are followed across all platforms and devices, maintaining design consistency.
8. Integrating UI design elements with the product design team to improve user interaction and experience.
9. Leading meetings to ensure all team members’ ideas are considered and participating in design critiques to elevate design quality.
10. Helping evolve core design principles in visual styles, typography, spacing, motion, and interaction models.
1. 5-7 years of experience in UI design
2. Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions is essential.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others. Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
4. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interface designs, including web and mobile applications.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance user needs with business goals.
7. Experience working with faith-based organizations is a plus.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

However, it’s mandatory to attend our online weekly meetings and in-person internal hackathons that take place every quarter in Bengaluru.

3. The second round is a technical interview that will focus on assessing your problem-solving abilities - through a mix of case studies, questions and technical expertise - your comfort with project management tools, and a review of your project management track record.
4. If you've done well, the next step is a culture fit round. In this round, we'll explore how well you align with our company culture and assess your behavioural work style using an assessment tool—because we believe in practising what we preach!
5. The final round is an interview round with our CEO.
6. If you’ve performed well, we’ll extend an offer for you to join our team.
Here are some things to look forward to:
1. Welcome and Orientation: Your point of contact will walk you through our company's mission, values, and overall culture, set up team introductions and review important tools and the rhythm of our meetings.
2. Executive Welcome: You'll meet with the CEO for an initial conversation about the company's high-level goals and how your role fits into achieving them.
3. Your 90-day plan: You will define 30/60/90-day objectives collaboratively.
4. Ongoing Review: At the 30, 60, and 90-day marks, you'll have one-on-one check-ins to discuss your progress, tackle any challenges, and make necessary adjustments to keep you on track.
