Ideally, you are based in Bengaluru, India, or a nearby city to better coordinate daily with our product team based in India.

In 2022, we created our first product, Bleat, an assessment platform for the missional world. Thousands of ministry and church leaders are now using assessments built by Bleat.

That said, we need more hands!
1. Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's mission and goals. Drive the product roadmap to ensure we deliver high-impact solutions that address the needs of our church clients.
2. Work closely with church leaders, users, and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights. Translate these into actionable product features and enhancements that improve user experience and meet customer needs.
3. Conduct Market Research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product differentiation. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritization.
4. Build a new track and think outside the box. We need someone who knows how to calculate risks and has a strong strategy background.
5. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our products. Use analytics to drive product improvements and achieve business outcomes.
6. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support, to ensure the successful development and launch of products.
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Help build a high-performing team aligned with the company’s values and objectives.
8. Effectively communicate product strategy, progress, and priorities to internal stakeholders, including the executive team, and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
1. 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least three years in a leadership role. Experience in SaaS with a background in Computer Science or Software Development or a core focus on UX would be essential.
2. Proven track record of leading product teams and delivering successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
3. Ability to think strategically and align product development with the company’s mission and goals.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to technical and nontechnical audiences.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using data to drive decisions and product improvements.
6. A deep understanding and appreciation for the challenges and opportunities within the church community. Passionate about helping churches thrive.
7. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a remote team and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

However, it’s mandatory to attend our online weekly meetings and off-site retreats.

2. We will review your submission, and if we determine there's a mutual fit, we'll send you a Calendly link to schedule your first interview on Zoom. This round will focus on understanding the basics of the role, getting to know you, and assessing overall alignment.
3. The second round is a technical interview that will focus on assessing your problem-solving abilities - through a mix of case studies, questions and technical expertise - your comfort with project management tools, and a review of your project management track record.
4. If you've done well, the next step is a culture fit round. In this round, we'll explore how well you align with our company culture and assess your behavioural work style using an assessment tool—because we believe in practising what we preach!
5. The final round is an interview round with our CEO.
6. If you’ve performed well, we’ll extend an offer for you to join our team.
Here are some things to look forward to:
1. Welcome and Orientation: Your point of contact will walk you through our company's mission, values, and overall culture, set up team introductions and review important tools and the rhythm of our meetings.
2. Executive Welcome: You'll meet with the CEO for an initial conversation about the company's high-level goals and how your role fits into achieving them.
3. Your 90-day plan: You will define 30/60/90-day objectives collaboratively.
4. Ongoing Review: At the 30, 60, and 90-day marks, you'll have one-on-one check-ins to discuss your progress, tackle any challenges, and make necessary adjustments to keep you on track.
