Ideally, you are based in Bengaluru, India, or a nearby city to better coordinate daily with our product team based in India.

In 2022, one of our pivots created our first product, Bleat, an assessment platform for the missional world. Thousands of ministry and church leaders are now using assessments built by Bleat. Our hands are full, and that’s why we need your help to perfect this pivot.

That said, we need more hands!
1. Scope out the complete requirements of our clients and their various projects in that account and translate all their needs into features.
2. Assign tasks to our content, design, and tech teams for execution, and coordinate multiple teams and team members seamlessly.
3. Manage weekly/biweekly client calls with various team members, including agendas, minutes, video recordings of calls, etc.
4. Live in our project management tool, Asana, daily, manage projects, and make progress.
5. Update tasks every week and reassign priorities as needed.
6. Manage multiple projects for multiple accounts for multiple clients.
7. Deliver fully built online assessments to our clients on time according to the schedule set out in the contract.
8. Strategize and suggest improvements to assessments beyond the original scope of work.
9. Report how effectively we are delivering assessments when measured against the original scope, project quote, and opportunity costs.
10. Take full responsibility for the execution of all the projects from start to finish within a particular account. The buck stops with you, period.
1. Understand how a vehicle is the sum of all moving parts and constantly drive it forward by moving multiple pieces ahead simultaneously.
2. Be experienced in working with multiple team members, teams, and maybe even clients.
3. Have prior experience managing teams and projects.
4. Have excellent communication skills across email messaging, summary writing, follow-up mailing, and report-creating.
5. Analyze data and reports to suggest product improvements.
6. Care for our prospects to ensure that they are always taken care of, responded to, and served well.
7. Be organized and meticulous about documenting information in a way that makes retrieval by anyone easy and instant.
8. Be innovative by nature and a lifelong student of how to improve prospect and client engagement as well as internal processes and systems.
9. Spot creativity where people see clutter and visualize coordination where people spot chaos.
10. Love our project management tool, Asana, or take to it like a duck to water.
You can count on flexibility as your friend—as long as it’s communicated in advance, deadlines are not affected, and teammates aren’t left hanging.
However, it’s mandatory to attend our online weekly meetings and in-person internal hackathons that take place every quarter in Bengaluru.
