Ideally, you are based in Bengaluru, India, or a nearby city to better coordinate daily with our product team based in India.
SCHEDULE / 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. IST
To help you coordinate across both Indian and North American time zones.

In 2022, one of our pivots created our first product, Bleat, an assessment platform for the missional world. Thousands of ministry and church leaders are now using assessments built by Bleat. Our hands are full, and that’s why we need your help to perfect this pivot.

That said, we need more hands!
1. Work as part of our Sales team that finds prospects who are a good fit and pursues the possibility of collaborating with them to build amazing assessments.
2. Identify and segment potential customers in our existing database and elsewhere based on their suitability for team-based assessments.
3. Coordinate with our Head of Sales to connect with potential customers.
4. Co-manage the sales funnel, which includes tracking the potential customers from segmentation until sign-up using our CRM and SaaS tools.
5. Track the stages of potential customers in the sales funnel to ensure timely follow-up.
6. Identify and address bottlenecks in the sales funnel and sales process.
7. Manage our referral partner program in coordination with our Sales team.
8. Research industry partners, partnerships, personnel, trends, etc. to become a trusted and reliable advisor for our Sales team.
9. Review our pipeline of prospects and track our Sales and Marketing metrics of measurement.
10. Brainstorm, create, and use Marketing/Sales resources that can help prospects better understand what we offer.
11. Document insights, and prospect journeys, and create case studies of prospects who convert to customers.
12. Communicate with prospects as required to help them on their journey with us.
13. Estimate project costs and assist in the creation of proposals for our prospects.
14. Collaborate with our Accounting team to create, submit, and manage invoices.
15. Seamlessly hand over prospects who convert to clients, to our Project Management team.
1. Experienced in Sales roles related to prospecting, customer acquisition, etc., or Marketing roles in inbound, outbound, or account-based marketing.
2. Excellent communication skills across email messaging, summary writing, follow-up mailing, and report-creating aspects of sales and marketing.
3. Accomplish research across clients, industries, competitors, and our products with interest, speed, and attention to detail.
4. Love prospecting SaaS tools and be familiar with them, or will take to them like a duck to water.
5. Care for our prospects to ensure that they are always taken care of, responded to, and served well.
6. Be organized and meticulous about documenting information in a way that makes retrieval by anyone easy and instant.
7. Be innovative by nature and a lifelong student of improving prospect and client engagement as well as internal processes and systems.
8. Have strong points of view about Sales and Marketing that might be contrary to how both are done traditionally.
You can count on flexibility as your friend—as long as it’s communicated in advance, deadlines are not affected, and teammates aren’t left hanging.
However, it’s mandatory to attend our online weekly meetings and off-site retreats.
