LOCATION / Remote
Ideally, you are based in Bengaluru, India, or a nearby city to better coordinate daily with our product team based in India.
SCHEDULE / 5:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. ET
That’s 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. IST to help you coordinate across both Indian and North American time zones.

In 2022, one of our pivots created our first product, Bleat, an assessment platform for the missional world. Thousands of ministry and church leaders are now using assessments built by Bleat. Our hands are full, and that’s why we need your help to perfect this pivot.

That said, we need more hands!
1. Coordinate marketing deliverables between our leadership, sales, and our team via Slack and Asana.
2. Coordinate conversations with our clients and prospects and relay them to our team.
3. Track pending items (emails, meetings, new initiatives) and ensure timely follow-up between leadership, sales, and our team.
4. Schedule Zoom calls, in-person meetings, events, etc.
5. Organize and maintain documentation and files for our clients on Notion.
6. Draft emails for customers, potential clients, or partners.
7. Research different initiatives and information and share useful data as a trusted advisor.
8. Update the team on upcoming meetings with clients and send links to the recorded meetings.
9. Maintain and update the digital meeting tools used by our team.
10. Create internal and external communication channels for new clients after sign-up.
1. You are so organized that your organizing skills put Marie Kondo to shame.
2. You are already thinking about how the content on this page could have been organized better.
3. You proofread your own work so that everything is always good to go.
4. You have ninja-like research skills to scour the web faster than Spiderman!
5. You know how American churches operate or can research this fast and well.
6. You coordinate in your sleep and know event management like the back of your palm.
7. You are amazing at collaborating with multiple team members across departments.
8. You have graduated with a linguistic degree or worked extensively in such roles before.
9. You will score well on our content test that is licking its lips and waiting to test such people.
10. You are like us in believing that quality matters because how we do anything is how we do everything!
You can count on flexibility as your friend—as long as it’s communicated in advance, deadlines are not affected, and teammates aren’t left hanging.
However, it’s mandatory to attend our online weekly meetings and in-person internal hackathons that take place every quarter in Bengaluru.
